The Green Earth Frying Pan 3-Pan Set by Ozeri includes an 8, 10 and 12 inch pan with each pan featuring a textured ceramic cooking surface designed to prevent food bonding. Conventional non-stick cookware is achieved through a coating of PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene), a synthetic substance that at very high temperatures begins to decompose and release fumes which are documented to be lethal to birds and small pets, and which can be harmful to humans.
